We do more: Certified quality management

Our highest priority is the satisfaction of our patients and their referring physicians. Therefore we strive to constantly monitor and improve the quality of our practice.

Since 2009 the practice has been certified by DIN ISO 9001. That means that as an independent business the practice undergoes annual auditing and grading. This is done according to strict standards. Special importance is placed on hygiene, the standardization of certain work procedures, communication within the practice as well as with the referring physicians, the documentation of the test results and the continuing education of the doctors and their co-workers. Our patients and referring physicians are surveyed in regular intervals. The established criteria of quality are re-evaluated annually by the office of certification.
